We offer a 6 weeks worth of beginner lessons (including transport) for JUST £10 a lesson!
How do I sign up?
Engage Programme sign ups go live on the Students Union Website
the sunday before each session.
You will be required to pay for your lesson on the SU page BEFORE
attending.
For more information please come see us at Nottingham Fresher's Fair
University Park, 21st, 22nd and 23rd and Sutton Bonnington Campus, 23rd!
What to wear
Jeans are great - ideally without designer rips/tassles etc. You can
wear leggings but please be aware that they are not very substantial
around horses!
Tops- t-shirt/polo shirt/hoody. Again, try and keep extra decoration
to a low, and preferablywear a top which has some sort of sleeve over the shoulders.
Footwear-if you have riding boots, great. If not, don't worry. For your
trial lesson, the club can provide footwear, or bring wellies. If you
decide to continue with polo, we can advise you on purchasing kit -
boots can cost at little as £10 brand new.
Hat - If you already have a riding hat, please ensure your hat has the
BS kitemark inside and is up to standard. If not, again, don't worry -
the club can provide for your trial lesson and beyond.
Other kit-you may wish to bring a pair of gloves (woolly/riding) to protect
your hands. Girls, it's probably best to bring a hair tie!
